TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. YUAN-EN reserves the right to reject any art/gpose commission that we're uncomfortable in taking on, and also reserve the right to stop a commission at any time due to client's inappropriate/abusive behavior towards any staff.2. Any Discord-Exclusive order placed and confirmed after payment will take up to maximum of 30 days for completion. Any In-Venue order placed and confirmed after payment will take up to maximum of 14 days for completion.3. Once order has been confirmed and payment is received, NO refunds will be made at anytime after that as we recognise the artist/gposer's efforts from their planning/preparation stage to point of completion in delivering their completed commission.4. For any In-Venue orders, please ensure that you have 1. joined our discord and placed an "in-venue commission ticket" 2. turn up at the venue and look for Mitou to join the art/gpose commission queue. If you are not physically present in the queue even with an in-venue discord ticket OR are in the queue but have not placed a ticket, we will extend a grace period of 5 minutes to wait. After which, we will consider your order as void.5. For Discord-Exclusive ticket orders, please kindly turn up at the venue to make payment to Lovelette by 11.30PM during the same opening day. Otherwise, please communicate with us via Discord. Please note that we will only assign an Artist/Gposer and commission can only commence once payment is made.6. Please state your requests/preferences for your art/gpose during the order process & during the period our staff contacts you to confirm your details. After which, we will NOT entertain any request to add/change to the initial commission and when art/gpose has been finalized.7. ALL orders will need to be placed through our venue system for it to be properly looked into.
