Nestled along the lantern-lit streets of Eorzea, YUAN-EN is an 18+ roleplay inn and teahouse where weary travelers and curious souls alike may find rest, indulgence, and quiet companionship. Inspired by the elegant martial world of Where Winds Meet and blended with refined Chinese and Japanese oriental aesthetics, YUAN-EN offers a tranquil yet alluring escape from the bustle of the realm. Our esteemed guests may enjoy a curated selection of food and drinks, be accompanied by our charming courtesans and attentive hosts during their stay, or commission art and gpose services from our talented artists and photographers to preserve treasured moments. For those seeking a more intimate retreat, YUAN-EN also provides VIP private rooms—perfect for personal respite, private conversations, or a discreet evening shared with a special partner.The name “YUAN-EN” is derived from the Chinese word 缘 (yuán), meaning fate or affinity, which carries the same heartfelt meaning as the Japanese 縁 (en)—a bond formed through chance, connection, and shared moments. We hope that every traveler who crosses our threshold will discover a meaningful encounter, and perhaps a destined connection, with the people they meet here at our inn.
RULES TO TAKE NOTE IN VENUE :
1. Please interact with each other with respect & mutual consent. Any rudeness or inappropriate behaviors toward staff and customers will be not be tolerated and may result in a removal from our venue's premises and in the worst case scenario, we may have to report these actions to the in-game GMs. We ask for all to cooperate so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable time with us all.2. Our venue is meant for people aged 18+, hence the conversations and activities may have NSFW elements in it that are not suitable for all age groups. We ask that everyone to respect and behave appropriately and responsibly toward one another here.3. Please refrain from summoning your minions/egis/weapons in the venue so as to avoid overcrowding and loading delays so that everyone can have a better immersive experience with us.4. Please refrain from using the /shout or /yell functions in the chat as these are strictly for staff use only.5. Please refrain from entering any of the FC chambers unless you have a valid VIP room booking with us.6. Breaking of any of the above rules may result in us taking appropriate actions which may result in a removal of your character from the premises of our venue. We seek everyone's cooperation for compliance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. YUAN|EN reserves the right to revoke or reject any commission at our discretion.2. Customers are limited to 1 roulette and 1 specialized commission per opening.
*Commission orders are not dependent on where it was queued3. Commission tier and preferred artist is subject to change based on availability.
* The ticket queue will not be accessible once all slots have been taken.4. All required details (preferences, character sheet, etc.) for your order must be presented. Once it has passed the order verification process, patron must submit an additional ticket for another order.5. Kindly wait for an acknowledgement note from our staff prior in proceeding to payment.6. Full payment is required for our order confirmation. Commissioner will only commence once payment has been made.7. Weapons as part of the request is subject to artist’s discretion.8. Strictly “NO Ticket NO Commission” Policy. Patrons must follow the process on how to order in order to receive a commission piece9. All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances with YUAN|EN’s approval.10. Revisions are limited to one (1). Artists hold sole discretion to provide edits if they find any issues with the artwork upon conception to after completion.11. All completed commission orders are not allowed to be used with or for GenAI. This includes feeding, training, referencing, or uploading the artwork to any AI tools, engines, or models.
If found Yuan|EN reserves the right to ban the patron from all Yuan|EN related services.

1. Discord-Exclusive orders turn around time is one (1) month/ 30 days.2. Discord-Exclusive orders must make payment by 11:30PM GMT+8. Communication must be made in the order channel if unable to.
⸻ IN-VENUE COMMISSIONS
1. In-Venue orders turn around time is two (2) weeks/ 14 days.2. After order is verified, in Venue-Exclusive orders have a grace period of five (5) minutes to respond to our staff’s summons for payment. After which, we will consider your order as void.

Some of their finest craftsmen from the Qian Xiang Gong Suo have also joined to help capture moments in memorabilia to help live the moment forever.

YUAN-EN reserves the right to reject any commission or booking that we're uncomfortable in taking on, and also reserve the right to stop a service at any time due to client's inappropriate/abusive behavior towards any staff.2. Any Love Island art/gpose order placed and confirmed after payment will take up to maximum of 30 days for completion.3. Once order has been confirmed and payment is received, NO refunds will be made at anytime after that as we recognise the artist/gposer's efforts from their planning/preparation stage to point of completion in delivering their completed commission.4. Please note that we will only assign an Artist/Gposer and commission can only commence once payment is made.5. Please state your requests/preferences for your art/gpose during the order process & during the period our staff contacts you to confirm your details. After which, we will NOT entertain any request to add/change to the initial commission and when art/gpose has been finalized.6. ALL commissions and bookings will need to be placed through our venue system for it to be properly looked into.
